Worked on AI agents for call centres on the AI Delivery Team. Contributed to all stages of agent delivery, including model design, build, finetuning, and deployment infrastructure.
Researched the NLU of Germanic languages exhibited by LLMs, addressing morphology, syntax, and semantics as concepts for evaluation.
Automated key processes to improve SLA response time, developed and maintained PowerShell scripts for Azure Active Directory, and lead the company-wide Windows 11 deployment.
